MICRO AND SMALL ENTEPRISES REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS 

  • Application forms (non refundable) K20,000.00
  • Registration fees for micro enterprises K200,000.00
  • Registration fees for small enterprises K300,000.00
  • Copy of Certificate of Incorporation or Registration from Patents and Companies registration office
  • A copy of the partnership agreement in the case of a partnership, articles of association in the case of a limited company
  • A copy of the passport or national registration card showing the nationality and place of and date of birth of the persons named as partners or sole owner of the business
  • A business plan

Copy of the latest bank statement actual balance provided that such statements are not more than six months from the time they were issued from the bank.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS

  1. An application for a certificate of registration by an enterprise shall be accompanied by the following:
  2. A non-refundable processing fee
  3. A copy of the certificate of registration
  4. A copy of the partnership agreement in the case of a partnership, articles of association in the case of a Limited Company
  5. A copy of the passport or National identification Card showing the nationality and place and date of birth of the persons named as partners or sole owner of the business
  6. A business plan
  7. Copy of a latest Bank statement actual balance and/or total credits in a freely convertible currency, provided that such statements are not more than six months from the time they were issued from the bank
