INCENTIVES
The Zambian Government welcomes investors across sectors and the laws relating to investment have provided for incentives in the Zambia Development Agency (ZDA) Act of 2006 in the form of allowances, exemptions & concessions aimed at increasing levels of investment and international trade, as well as increased domestic economic growth.
There are five categories of investors who can be considered under the ZDA Act.
